Spa Policy

Dee Thai Massage & Spa

Is committed to providing a relaxing atmosphere and enhance everyone's experience with us, we kindly request our guests to observe our policies. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to ALL these policies.

Cancellation Policy

we have reserved time and space specially for you and require 4 hours

(prior to your appointment) to reschedule/cancel any appointment, for 2 guests 6 hours prior to the appointment is required, for a group of 3 or more a non-refundable deposit is required, and we reserve the right to charge 100% for the full schedule session if no reschedule/cancel 72 hours prior to the appointment.

 

If for any reason Dee Thai Massage and Spa needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice will be given.

Reservation Policy

Please arrive a minimum of 5 to 10 minutes in advance for your treatment session, a 15 minutes in advance for first time visit (fill out  intake form ).

As a courtesy, late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment so the next guest will not be delayed, and you will be charged for the full value of the service. We attempt to confirm and remind all appointments via text or email.

Appointments

Due to the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend you make a reservation in advance. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your requests. You must be 18 years or older to make an appointment with us, anyone under age 18 seeking a service must have their parent or guardian book the appointment and be present.

 

*Last appointment for one hour massage must arrive no later than 8pm or 7:30pm for 90 minutes.

Tardiness Policy

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may have to shorten or reschedule your session. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but will receive an abbreviated session.

Price Policy

Although we make every effort to keep our website and menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time with or with out notice.

Gratuity Policy

Prices do not include gratuities (or tips) but are highly appreciated by our massage therapists and staff.

Refund Policy

All service sales are final and will be charged full price after 15 minutes of started session. No refunds for the purchase or loss of gift cards.

Special Conditions Policy

Please notify our spa of any conditions, discomforts or concerns before reserving your session, all spa guests will be asked to complete a brief intake form and questionnaire upon your visit, all designed with your well-being in mind.

Sexual Harassment

Massage is non-sexual, we have zero tolerance for harassment of any kind, included but not limited to solicitations for extras, suggestive comments, or inappropriate touch.

Confidentiality and Privacy Policy

We do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality.

We do not share our client lists or information with outside companies.

Restrictions

For the convenience and considerations of our clients, please refrain from loud conversations, and silent your cell phone, we also suggest for you to leave your valuable items at home when doing your treatment. We regret, but we will not be responsible for loss or damage of your personal items.

Please remember that the room must be prepared and used for the next client and should be vacated after treatment upon completion of service within a reasonable amount of time.
